In the ever increasing competitive environment, we are aware of the fact that those institutions that are able to reach the information in faster manner and use the information it has received in the most efficient way will get a competitive advantage. Since 2007, we held our training courses in Cumhuriyetköy Development Center under the umbrella of TEB Formation Academy. The Development Center has a comfortable, quiet and convenient physical environment designed especially for training.

In our training center located on 5 decares of land in Cumhuriyetköy, Istanbul, we increase the knowledge and skills of our employees with its modern and technological training saloons, comfortable accommodation facilities and social activity opportunities and, at the same time, we strengthen the synergy between them.

With TEB Formation Academy, Cumhuriyetköy Development Center;

With TEB Formation Academy; we aim to increase our employees’ occupational, individual and managerial competencies to the highest possible level by offering them a continuous learning development opportunity.

“Occupational and Individual Competencies” for each task and position in our Bank are set beforehand. Basic training programs are separately developed in parallel with the career maps and on the basis of titles and tasks by taking these competencies as the basis. We enable each new employee joining us to participate to the basic training courses and programs that suits their tasks and positions.

In cases when our employees “have a position change and/or get a promotion”; we also enable their participation to the training programs aiming to develop the competencies required by the new task and position.

By taking their current job positions as the basis; we also arrange special “certification projects” for our employees who are expected to develop their occupational, individual, and managerial competencies.

Through the virtual training platform which we have created within the scope of our continuous training and development objectives, we offer to all our employees the opportunity to participate in technical and individual development trainings as much as they want, at any time and any place with Internet access.

We enable our employees to participate into the individual development training courses under the roof of our partner BNP Paribas within the number of employees set for each year.

We also enable our employees to participate into the conferences and seminars in the country / abroad in order to monitor the new approaches, ideas and applications, follow the global tendencies, meet with their colleagues in different institutions and exchange ideas with each other.
